Eligibility and Pre-Requisites

The Yoga Correspondence Course is open to anyone 18 years or older. There are no academic pre-requisites for the Yoga Correspondence Course, nor is it necessary for students to have any previous experience with Yoga. The Yoga Correspondence Course is designed to guide beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced students, systematically through an education in Yoga, benefiting each individual according to their own level of knowledge, experience and abilities. It is necessary that students have a good reading comprehension of the English language, as this is the medium of instruction. Though the Yoga Correspondence Course utilizes standard computer software and is easy to use, the student should non-the-less be familiar with the basic operation of a computer and the use of the internet, as International Yogalayam does not provide tutelage, nor technical support in this area.
