Physical and Health Requirements |

The practices of Yoga are deemed safe and beneficial for anyone who is of reasonably good health, regardless of age. However, certain precautions and/or contraindications may be appropriate for one whose health is compromised in one way or another. If you have any doubt as to your physical fitness for the practice of Yoga, it is recommended that you seek the approval of your medical doctor before engaging in the Yoga Correspondence Course. |
